As a clinical intern, I work with Florida residents who are school-age children (ages 6 - 19) and young adults (ages 19 - 40) who have endured a multitude of problems, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, work/school stress, and intimate partner violence. I am here to help you cultivate and sustain self-esteem while building and nurturing healthy, fulfilling relationships.
I'll help you to improve boundary-setting and practical communication skills so you can become a healthier version of yourself. My theoretical orientation includes a client-centered approach to provide a safe and supportive environment to help you reach your goals through collaborative exploration and personalized guidance.
I hold a Bachelor of Criminal Justice (BSCJ) degree, which I earned from Colorado Technical University in 2021. I am pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the esteemed Howard University School of Social Work, with an expected graduation in 2024.
I accept Cigna Insurance and a reduced self-pay rate of $30 per session.
My services are supervised by Gena Golden, LCSW, clinical site supervisor I look forward to connecting with you!
