Ashley Sapp LMSW

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” ~ James Baldwin.

I am Ashley Sapp, LMSW, but you can call me Ash.

I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore, feel, release, and heal. I work with everyone while centering the BIPOC community members who experience challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, stress and overwhelm, relationships, transitions, and intersectional identity, including LGBTQIA2S+ and disability.

I am currently accepting new clients, including teens, young adults, and adults.

With an understanding of the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit wellness, I use an integrative approach to therapy informed by interpersonal, strength-based, person-centered and multicultural perspectives.

Also, my training in integrative somatic trauma therapy influences my work through the use of connecting individuals to body-based healing methods, breathwork and grounding that best match their needs, goals, and life experiences.

To begin our work together, please connect with me today by filling out the contact form or send an email to info@innercoachhypnotherapy.com to request my services.

Ask me about payment methods, including health insurance, health spending accounts (HSA), vouchers from charitable foundations, and self-pay options.

We at Inner Coach Counseling believe it is our responsibility to make healthcare more equitable by providing therapeutic services at affordable rates through our Ujima (collective work and responsibility) pricing plans.
